They have something called BOND(agreement), they take money for H1 processing, pay very less for people with rich Experience.Good for nothing.But talk smoothly before you get chopped.

I applied for H1B sponsorship in 2006 with this company. They have taken $700 from me and they have never filed H1B for me. They said they are going to file H1B for me. They kept my money for 4 months and i fought with them to get my money back. Becareful with this guyz

My Association with Universal Software :
Can any of the ex-employees let me know if we will face any implications on bond breakage? They have a bond for 18 months or $15000 payment. Has anyone broken the bond if so how did you handle them.
Do they work on percentage model, if so what is the rate they give. I joined them in July 2008 and they pay a mere salary of 65K for 10 yrs.
