My Association with Allied Solutions Group Inc (ASGI) :
I know this company from Internet.
This company taken Rs. 50,000/- against security deposite in March 2008, to process my H1B visa.But didn't do any thing either they return my money Back or Process my Visa. No of times I wrote to return my money but they are giving dates only not returning my money.
So, I also want to file a case against them.I paid them by check, and have there Photocopy with me.
Can anybody suggest me how to proceed.I am In Hyderabad.
